There are several reasons for seeking out massage.
You may be experiencing pain in your body that you would like to resolve. You may be feeling some stress, worry or emotional tension and are looking for a way to relax your body and calm your mind.
Maybe you have been working or training hard and would like to rejuvenate and give something back to your body, if so...good for you. You may simply want to bliss out with a wonderful massage experience to nurture and nourish yourself.

I'm Litza Lia. I am a registered Remedial Massage Therapist providing Remedial and Relaxation Therapies in Darwin CBD.
I have a holistic approach to massage therapy. This means that while I am happy to focus on specific areas of concern, I understand that you are a whole person rather than a problem to be fixed.
You may be drawn to a particular style of massage I provide such as the unique Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage Therapy or the beautiful traditions of Hawaiian Massage (Kahuna/Lomi Lomi) and Pacific Island Hot Stone Massage. If so you can contact me to make a booking or ask any questions you may have. I am also happy to talk about your massage goals and work out a treatment plan just for you drawing on a number of massage approaches.

It has become the trend to believe in the expression 'no pain - no gain'. When it comes to massage I have to disagree. I believe that massage which feels good to the individual is the best therapy. What feels good varies from person to person. For some it is light touch, for others it is strong pressure, for many it is somewhere in between.
